Print At Home
As you've selected 'Standard Label', this means you're prepared to print your label at home, and ship your device to us immediately! All of our shipping labels provided are pre-paid & FREE, meaning you will simply need to print your label and attach it to a box that you've packaged yourself, you're then good to go!
Package Your Device
You have now printed your label at home and are ready to package your device. You will need to provide your own packaging. We recommend that you securely wrap your device in protective packaging, such as bubble wrap or newspaper, then placed inside a box. This will help maintain its condition in transit, without the worry of it being damaged!
Post To Us
Your device is packaged and ready to be returned back to us, using the Free Tracked label you have printed. Simply drop it to your local Royal Mail or Post Office, they will provide you with a postage receipt. Prefer Royal Mail to collect from you?
